While Five Star Rated does not require regular surveying of your client database in order to be in our publication, we will reach out occasionally for a small batch of homeowner information. This is both a quality check on our members as well as a way to collect fresh surveys for company profiles. To do this surveying, Five Star Rated partners with GuildQuality to bring the best in objective, third-party customer surveying to your customers.

Surveying Process

GuildQuality uses a proven, multi-touch survey process to gather feedback from homeowners. On your behalf, we reach out to your customers by email, phone, and direct mail. Our surveying team averages three attempts per survey completion. Please note: It can take up to 60 days for all attempts to be made (if needed) dependent on weekends/holidays.
