Program Overview At Five Star Rated, we connect homeowners with top-quality home service providers in dozens of service categories using a highly selective qualification process. Five Star Rated guidebooks and search-optimized online listings reach homeowners in 19 major metropolitan areas across the country.
Your Five Star Rated Agreement
Your Five Star Rated agreement renews automatically every year on November 1. If you choose to opt out, you must do so in writing.
The Qualification Policy
We vet several key items every year to certify companies and ensure they continue to uphold our high standards of quality. License and Insurance Verification
An important part of the annual qualification process is the license and insurance verification step. All Five Star Rated companies must hold a valid general liability insurance policy and workers’ compensation insurance policy (where required by law) as well as any state-required trade licenses.

The Resurvey Process
If your team has corrected an issue for a client who has already completed their survey, we do offer the option to resurvey that client at no additional cost.
