An important part of the annual qualification process is the license and insurance verification step. All Five Star Rated companies must hold a valid general liability insurance policy and workers’ compensation insurance policy (where required by law) as well as any state- or county-required trade licenses.
What is Five Star Rated? Five Star Rated is an annual research and publication service aimed at connecting premier contractors with quality customers.
While Five Star Rated does not require regular surveying of your client database in order to be in our publication, we will reach out occasionally for a small batch of homeowner information. This is both a quality check on our members as well as a way to collect fresh surveys for company profiles.
If your team has corrected an issue for a client who has already completed their survey, we do offer the option to resurvey that client at no additional cost. Once you speak with the homeowner, there are two ways to request a resurvey: Send the homeowner a follow-up email confirming that they’re satisfied and asking
